It was a lovely hotel, strongly recommend. Spent 4 nights here with my dog, had a very enjoyable stay overall. I were greeted by kind, obliging staff.

The room was heated, with smoke detectors and GOOD views of the mountain. It was in a great location just next door to Courmayeur or aaa an alternative, and skiing in Europe.
Liked everything.

I really enjoyed its heated rooms.
Had very enjoyable short stay for winter holidays, the staff were gentle, location was stunning in a quiet area. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the foothills of the Monte Bianco, Courmayeur town centre, Pre-Saint-Didier Terme and the ski stations and Courmayeur or aaa an alternative. Also, it was 15 min drive from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers. A good choice of food for breakfast, everything was excellent...

Wonderful!
The hotel's restaurant is nothing interesting. We had better expectations. And the views in the area are splendid, although boring by night. There are no things to do by night. No entertainment nor in the hotel nor outside. And the restaurants in the area open just for 1hour 30 or 2 hours for the lunch and the same for the dinner. Too short!!...you won't find all this inconveniences in the french side, in Chamonix just at 30 minutes driving.

The location was perfect for an overnight stop on the way to the Italian lakes.
Although the food was good, it was very expensive and wasn't value for money. The hotel was very noisy with families and young children constantly screaming and shouting. As we were a couple without children, this was not our idea of a peaceful overnight stay. But the families all seemed to be having a good time. The restaurant was also very brightly lit and it felt a bit like butlins holiday camp atmosphere ! To get from the rooms to the reception area, you had to pass through the lifts - literally ! So you had to wait for the lift to arrive before you could get access to anywhere else in the hotel and at busy times it took a while for the lifts to arrive ! Not very well thought out we think.

Ambiente abbastanza elegante e curato. Buona la cura dei particolari. Personale cortese e disponibile. Abbondante e varia la colazione.
Cucina del ristorante un po' pretenziosa e cara. Acqua della piscina fredda. Sauna e bagno turco non regolate correttamente.

The facilities and setting are beautiful. The property and lodging are beautifully maintained. The Residence design and amenities were high quality. The Residence has many conveniences including great location to key sites like the Aosta Valley, Castles and Mont Bianco - we traveled by car. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the spa staff were very friendly. All in all, simply breathtaking.
If staying in the Residence - it is recommended to purchase kitchen items to clean dishes - sponges and soap - all dishware is provided but it is difficult to clean them without these items. For international travelers, wash clothes are preferred but not available in most European lodging we visited.
